14-Day Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. If the item has not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued. If the item has already shipped, the return process will apply.

Returns

We accept returns on most standard items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Return Postage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return postage.

Custom-Made Items

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
